1. Reservations & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card or deposit.
• Full payment may be required prior to arrival, depending on the booking channel or package selected.
• Rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include government taxes and service charges, unless otherwise stated.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges..

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival: no cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival: subject to a 1-night cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay.
• Special promotions or non-refundable rates may carry different cancellation policies (stated at the time of booking).

4. Children & Extra Guests

• Children are welcome.
• Extra beds may be available upon request and subject to availability, with additional charges.
